Seeds of Change - Pasta Sauces

Organically grown pasta sauces from Seeds of Change, which I spotted in Tesco the other day... 

Each jar serves four people so I've done the SPs per 125g portion, half jar 250g and the full 500g jar if you're dividing it up differently! The Mediterranean Vegetable sauce jar serves 2 and is 350g.
